Women Entrepreneurs Development Council (WEDC), jointly with Manufacturers & Exporters Association of India, SME Chamber of India and Start-ups Council of India, has initiated the 24th Women Entrepreneurs Excellence Awards.

These organisations support women entrepreneurs, SMEs, manufacturers, exporters, service-sector enterprises, corporates and start-ups with business growth, export promotion, local and global supply chains, finance and investment, industrial setup, marketing, Government liaison and strategic partnerships.

Their work includes identifying Indian and foreign partners for joint ventures, technology transfers, collaborations, contract manufacturing and mergers & acquisitions; facilitating advanced technologies; and helping enterprises improve quality, productivity and global competitiveness.

The awards recognise women’s leadership and remarkable contribution across manufacturing, services, technology, finance, healthcare, education, retail and emerging business sectors.
