Terms & Conditions

Nominations are invited from interested and eligible members and non-members for specific award categories.

The awards highlight remarkable achievements, outstanding contributions and inspiring stories. This is not a commercial activity.

Nomination forms must be submitted digitally with the covering letter, membership number and registration date, last three years’ balance sheets, company and applicant profiles, company registration certificate, Udyam certificate where applicable, GST certificate and principal applicant photograph.

The entry fee applies to each nomination and must be paid with each application according to the category applied for.

Enterprises must have operated for more than five years; start-ups and women entrepreneurs must have operated for three years.

Branding and promotional activities may be available on commercial terms for selected award categories.

Membership enrolment is mandatory for selected awardees. An applicant unwilling to enrol will not be selected and the entry fee will not be refunded.

Selection depends entirely on reliable information submitted by the applicant; submission does not imply that a nomination will be considered or selected.

The Association is not obliged to provide reasons for rejecting a nomination. Applicants should evaluate eligibility before submission.

Shortlisted nominations will be recommended to the Jury Members or Selection Committee for further screening and evaluation.

Incomplete nomination forms or nominations without entry-fee payment will not be accepted or processed.

The ceremony schedule will be communicated after the process is completed. A delay does not permit withdrawal or cancellation, and the entry fee will not be refunded.

Branding and promotional charges are additional and determined case by case.

The Association may accept or reject nominations; modify the concept, terms, categories or criteria; cancel or withdraw award activities; or change the trophy, memento or ceremony date.

Advertising or promotional expenses requested by award winners are payable by the award winners.

If a selected award winner does not attend the ceremony, the memento will be handed over personally at the Association office with prior intimation.

The Association will not share applicant information or documents with third parties, except as required for Jury or Selection Committee evaluation.

Applicants must submit an undertaking on company letterhead confirming that information is true, correct and verified. False, irrelevant or fabricated information may result in rejection without refund.

The Management Committee may seek clarification and attested or certified financial documents, including the last three years’ audited balance sheets and profit-and-loss accounts.

The Association may reject nominations where formalities are incomplete, requested information is not shared, the applicant is absent from interview, or the applicant does not respond.

Management may change award categories or move a nomination to a category it considers more appropriate.

Management may plan, organise or postpone award activities and modify the application form, commercial fees or award design.

Entry fees are non-refundable where a nomination is rejected or not processed due to incomplete documents, formalities, compliance, relevant information or follow-up.

The awards are a private initiative and are not associated with a Government agency, political party or other institution.

The Association may select and invite Selection Committee or Jury members, associates, supporters, sponsors, business partners, media and guests.

Applicants must attend personal or virtual interviews. Their travel expenses are borne by them. A senior executive may represent a company or institution with an authority letter.

Management or Jury members may inspect the applicant’s office, factory or plant to assess submitted information about manufacturing, technology, products, research, innovation, invention and operations.

Award winners may not object to the presence of invited sponsors, supporters or guests at the ceremony.

The Association is not responsible for legal or financial complications arising from applicants’ lack of compliance or defaults involving Government agencies, financial institutions, private entities or third parties.

Failure to furnish requested information or complete nomination formalities may result in rejection without refund of entry fee or membership fee.

The Association is not responsible if a Chief Guest or dignitary cannot attend. Applicants may not raise legal claims on this basis.

Disputes will be reviewed by the Association and settled amicably. Legal jurisdiction is Mumbai.
